Organised by the Faculty of Communication, Arts & Media, this workshop provides exposure to a wide range of audio and videography techniques, perfect for individuals that aspire to develop their skills and knowledge in art and media. The workshop promotes creativity and critical thinking, with participants able to create their own art piece through learning video/audio recording and editing. Participants will also get to explore using professional accessories such as large cameras & lenses, audio recorders, microphones, and lighting.
This workshop is part of the Art After Dawn short course series, an adaptation of Art After Dark by Swansea College of Art, UWTSD Participants will be awarded a certificate of participation endorsed by an international university. Refreshments will be provided.

With more than 13 years’ experience in the broadcasting industry, Fairul truly is an expert in the field. Specialising in producing short form video content, he has produced videos for TV Commercials, on-air-promos, corporate Videos and capsules. Fairil leads creative teams from the initial idea, right through to the post production process. His achievements include winning awards at the Malaysian Video Awards: Rumahku Syurgaku (3d Short), and the Asian Film Symposium, S-Express, Singapore, Rumahku Syurgaku (3d Short).
