  1. The University reserves the right to revise the fees without any prior notification.
  2. Fees listed above are on annual basis.
  3. All fees are payable in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
  4. 1st year fees inclusive one time off Registration Fee and Administration Fee.
  5. Scholarship available for Foundation programmes (Terms & Conditions apply).

Malaysian Student

  1. PTPTN instalment scheme.The Administration Fee and First Payment must be made before the commencement of the program and subsequent instalments must be made before the 7th of each month, failing which a penalty of RM 5.00 per day will be imposed for each day of late payment.
  2. Self Funding Scheme. Payment for the first semester fees must be made within 30 days of the intake date, failing which a penalty of RM 100 per month will be imposed for late payment.
  3. Posdated cheques will not be accepted.
  4. Students who intend to apply for loan, EPF withdrawal, or My Brain15, etc are required to pay all fees upfront until full disbursement of loan whereby, IUMW shall refund to the student.
  5. All discounts / rebates / partial scholarship / credits exemptions will be deducted from Tuition Fees.
  6. Should there be any balance of discounts / rebates / partial scholarship / credits exemption, the 'Bottom-up' system will be implemented, whereby the balance will be deducted from the final tuition fee payments.
  7. Registration Fee and Administration Fee are NON-REFUNDABLE or TRANSFERABLE.
  8. Tuition fees are NOT REFUNDABLE after four (4) weeks of registration.

International Student

  1. One time NON-REFUNDABLE visa application fees of RM2500 is required for Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) visa processing fee, medical screening, insurance, multiple visa (where appropriate) and ID card.
  2. Under no circumstances should payment be made to any third party other than International University of Malaya-Wales Sdn Bhd.
  3. Students must make FULL payment of 1st Year fees before arrival.
  4. Registration Fee and Administration Fee are NON-REFUNDABLE or TRANSFERABLE.
  5. Tuition fees are NOT REFUNDABLE after four (4) weeks of registration.
