Joseph Hii, MBA (Finance), MA.M.S.
Joseph Hii is a finance lecturer at the International University of Malaya-Wales (IUMW). Prior to IUMW, he taught in various other established institutions and was appointed as an adjunct lecturer of Upper Iowa University, USA.

He holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance (Honours), a Master of Business Administration specialising in Finance, and a Master of Arts in Management Studies.

He is a HRDF-certified trainer and is the Assistant Editor of the Asian Journal of Business Research. Prior to his academic journey, he was involved in several industry projects including collaborations with Lee Sin Laundry Sdn Bhd and Manpower Staff (M) Sdn Bhd.


At the end of the programme participants will be able to:
