IUMW Wins Big at Hanoi

It was among a cascade of applause that IUMW received the Best Paper Award at the recent Asian Conference on Innovation and Policy in Hanoi, Vietnam. Our university was proudly represented by Dr. Chong Aik Lee, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law alongside IUMW’s student, Mr. Jimmy Tam. Mr. Jimmy Tam is currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy in Business with IUMW and holds the prestigious position as the Chief Editor and President of Asian Society for Innovation and Policy. Also present to celebrate this monumental moment was Professor Seol from Hannam University in Korea, Professor Seeram from the National University of Singapore and Professor Bala from the India Institution of Science.

The Asian Conference on Innovation and Policy was conducted from 21st to the 23rd of September 2017 at the National Economics University in Hanoi, Vietnam. Over 100 participants attended the conference with backgrounds ranging from journal editors, scholars, researchers, industry and students. More than 50 scientific papers were presented. The participants came from all over the world with scholars from Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Australia and UK submitting their academic papers.
