IUMW’s Foundation in Science students were fascinated by the wonderful world of Science when they organized a visit to Petrosains at Suria KLCC on the 6th of July, as part of their course syllabus. The entire class were dazzled by the various exhibitions and rides that were available. The students learned valuable information about rainforest ecosystems, natural resource conservation, outer space technology and witnessed many other showpieces on some of the biggest scientific breakthroughs of our time. The exciting opportunity also had the students brushing up their basic science knowledge and gearing them up for an exciting year ahead as a pre-university student at IUMW.
Activities such as these are conducted as part and parcel of the courses at IUMW to broaden the horizons of each and every student. These endeavours will continue to be an integral part of teaching and learning processes to stimulate our students and provide them with a truly holistic learning experience.
