AIESEC together with IUMW had recently organised a YouthSpeak Forum Malaysia on 11 March 2017 at the International University of Malaya-Wales. The forum on ‘Sustainable Development Goals for A United Nation’ revealed some interesting thoughts.
The YouthSpeak Forum Malaysia 2017 is a platform for youths and the like, to realise the Sustainable Development Goals. These global goals are aspirational efforts established by the United Nations that dream to protect the planet we live in and ensure prosperity to its denizens. The forum this year focuses on Quality Education & Responsible Consumption and Production. These goals and many others would be explored through a myriad of methods such as action labs, discussion with panelists and a space for idea generation.
AIESEC is the world's largest non-profit student-run organization. It is an international non-governmental, not-for-profit organization that provides young people with leadership development and cross-cultural global internship and volunteer exchange experiences across the globe, with a focus to empower, so they can make a positive impact on society. The AIESEC network includes approximately 70,000 members in 127 countries and territories. It is the largest youth-run organization in the world.
